Listeners will get a brief, 3 min, overview regarding youth mental health. We then interview our expert, Dr. Michelle Krehbiel, 4-H Youth Development Specialist, Nebraska Extension, regarding challenges facing youth today and how we as youth development professionals can approach these challenges when working with youth. Lastly, we take what we have covered and apply it to our daily practice.
