Take a deep dive into the topic of goal setting for three minutes in segment one before we are joined by our special guest Mr. Doran Johnson, music educator at Omaha Westside public school. Maria and Ashley will then dialogue about the topic of goal setting even more and apply it to how we work as youth development practitioners.
